Consultant Due Diligence & Growth Strategy (Private Equity) (m/f/d)

What we look for:

• You advise management and investors in developing strategic, digital, and tech-driven due diligence reports for both buy-side and sell-side transactions.
• You analyze and challenge business models for leading Private Equity clients across industries and international markets.
• You contribute to strategic value creation and growth initiatives, shaping compelling equity stories for portfolio companies.
• You identify key consulting needs, structure complex problems, and help design strategic solutions.
• You assess the strategic impact of artificial intelligence (AI) on business models and value creation.
• You collaborate closely with our digital and data strategy experts, combining strategic thinking with hands-on implementation.
• You prepare presentations for client projects.
• You actively participate in core activities such as workshops, client meetings, research, business analyses, and process developments for both external and internal projects.

What we require:

• You have an excellent university degree in Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field; (Master’s degree preferred).
• You have gained first professional experience in a strategic, transaction-related, or digital environment.
• You demonstrate a strong affinity for technology, particularly in digital marketing, tech, or AI.
• You bring strong analytical skills combined with creative and conceptual thinking.
• You possess very strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• You stand out through excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• You are a service-oriented and communicative team player with strong intrinsic motivation and passion for your work.
• You are fluent in English; additional local language skills are a plus.
