As Team Lead Training, you take full ownership of building, scaling and strategically developing our Training Department across Europe. You combine strong leadership skills with commercial thinking and operational excellence to ensure that all training initiatives drive measurable business impact.
Strategy & structure: You define and implement the overall training strategy, fully aligned with business objectives and revenue goals across all markets.
Department growth: You grow and scale the Training Department by establishing clear structures, standards, KPIs and processes that ensure transparency, efficiency and high quality delivery.
Roadmap planning: You develop structured annual and quarterly training roadmaps for internal teams, retail partners, promoters and external stakeholders.
Project ownership: You manage the full lifecycle of training projects – from scoping and budgeting to execution and performance tracking – ensuring timely delivery and measurable impact.
Commercial development: You actively expand our training services portfolio, refine pricing structures and approach existing clients with new training solutions to grow revenue and strengthen partnerships.
Leadership & people development: You lead, motivate and develop your team, fostering ownership, accountability and continuous improvement.
Cross-functional alignment: You closely collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product, Retail and CX teams to ensure that all training initiatives are aligned with broader business strategies.
Performance tracking & optimization: You monitor training effectiveness via dashboards, reporting tools and clearly defined KPIs, deriving data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
Event & rollout execution: You oversee large-scale training events, workshops, roadshows and product launches – from agenda design and logistics to post-event evaluation.
You are a strategic thinker with a hands-on mentality who combines training expertise with strong commercial acumen. You thrive in dynamic, multi-market environments and enjoy building structures while scaling impact.
Proven track record in conducting high-quality training sessions and creating impactful training content
Strong experience in defining and implementing end-to-end training strategies
Solid commercial understanding with the ability to link training initiatives to revenue and sell-out performance
Demonstrated people management experience with the ability to lead and develop a team
Strong project management skills and experience managing multiple initiatives simultaneously
Experience using project management and reporting tools to ensure transparency and efficiency
Clear growth track record, demonstrating your ability to build and scale services or departments
Strong understanding of adult learning principles and modern training methodologies (digital, hybrid, in-person)
Ability to translate complex technical information into engaging and easy-to-understand content
Experience localizing training materials across different European markets
Strong analytical mindset with experience in dashboards, KPIs and performance reporting
Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus
Willingness to travel across European markets as required
Strong presentation and communication skills in both physical and virtual settings
High level of ownership, accountability and self-management in a fast-paced environment
