Your mission
You will work closely with our Head of New Business to win innovative tech brands as clients. In this role, you will take ownership of the early stages of our sales process — from content asset creation and social selling via LinkedIn to leading the first introductory calls. You will support us hands-on in building scalable new business structures using modern tools and an AI-first mindset.Your Responsibilities
Build Client-Centric Content
Create targeted landing pages for brands as well as downloadables such as one-pagers, checklists or mini-playbooks. You will also develop copy and assets for our company LinkedIn presence.
Set Up Semi-Automated Outreach Campaigns
Stay on top of the latest trends in consumer electronics and proactively engage with brands. Structure target and account lists, build email and LinkedIn sequences, and manage follow-ups and reply handling.
Conduct Intro Calls Independently
Qualify potential leads through structured video calls and prepare clear handovers to your Team Lead, including summary and recommendations.
Funnel Ownership & Performance Optimization
Actively contribute to defining and refining customer qualification criteria, identify what drives results, and ensure clean CRM maintenance and reporting.
Mindset & KPI-Drive
Bring strong self-motivation, a high willingness to learn, and genuine interest in entrepreneurial thinking. Work KPI-driven with the ambition to measurably improve results and take responsibility for your impact across the funnel.
This position offers you a direct entry into the world of Growth and B2B Sales with real responsibility from day one. Your profile
- You are enrolled at a college or university
- Some initial professional experience as a working student or intern in the field of business development or sales is desirable, but don't worry, we also value the willingness to learn something new
- Strong analytical, conceptual, and "out-of-the-box" thinking and acting
- You stand out with your communication skills and an open, outgoing personality that makes it easy for you to approach people
- Good German and English language skills in both written and spoken form
