As we expand our footprint in Asia Pacific, we’re looking for an exceptional Senior Account Executive to help drive growth and deepen our customer relationships in the region.Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Platform Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team in Asia Pacific. This individual will play a critical role in driving the sales strategy, building relationships with new and existing customers, and helping organizations unlock the power of SAP transformation with Neptune Software’s cutting-edge solutions.
Location: Singapore / Kuala Lumpur Malaysia
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities across the Asia Pacific region.
- Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to the unique needs of the region.
- Lead the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to contract negotiation, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and solution teams to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall company goals.
- Establish strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders, positioning.
- Neptune Software as a trusted partner in SAP transformation.
- Work in an agile, fast-paced environment, adapting to market changes and customer needs.
Your profile
- SAP Transformation Expertise: Deep understanding of SAP systems and transformation processes. Ability to communicate complex solutions to clients in a simple, impactful manner.
- Asia Pacific Sales Experience: Proven track record in sales within the Asia Pacific region. Knowledge of local business cultures and the ability to build relationships in diverse markets.
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: A self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and a drive to create new business opportunities and expand Neptune Software’s presence.
- Team Player: Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and success in meeting customer needs.
- Agility & Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment. Ability to pivot and adapt strategies to meet the changing demands of the market.
- Language Strengths (Highly Advantageous for This Role): Proficiency in one or more key Asia Pacific languages, including Bahasa Indonesia, Japanese, Korean, Mandarin, Hindi, Thai, and Vietnamese, to better engage regional customers and strengthen market reach.
