To continue driving our growth, we are looking for you: someone with a passion for real estate and enthusiasm for smart technologies.- You will contact and convince people who want to make buildings more economical, efficient, and future-proof
- You will develop and be responsible for B2B sales projects in the smart building environment—from the initial analysis to the conclusion of the contract
- You will build relationships, maintain your network, and position yourself as a trusted contact in the real estate world
- You will identify new market opportunities and represent BlueRange at trade fairs, events, and customer appointments in the DACH region
- You will work in a data- and key figure-oriented manner and actively incorporate market and customer feedback into the further development of the product
Your profile
- You have a background or experience in real estate, civil engineering, technical building equipment, or real estate-related roles
- You already have experience in B2B sales—ideally with software solutions.
- Technical understanding and affinity for smart buildings, smart homes, and mobile and web-based applications
- You have strong consulting skills: active listening and the ability to identify the real needs of customers
- You have an affinity for data and numbers and are characterized by an independent way of working with a high level of goal and deal orientation
