THE JOB
Your Role
As a Partner Manager UK/IE for
Berlin Acoustics, you are the central interface between the brand and our retail partners in the UK and Ireland.
Your mission is to build and scale our partner network, drive revenue growth, and establish Berlin Acoustics as a leading brand in the UK and Ireland. You will do this through strong relationship management, hands-on sales activity, and a consistent presence in the market.
Please note:- This role is based in Berlin
- The role requires regular travel to the UK (around 20%), with all travel expenses covered
- You will also work closely with partners on-site across the UK and Ireland
Your Responsibilities- Execute the UK and Ireland partner strategy, building strong relationships and driving revenue growth
- Take full ownership of your partner portfolio and develop new sales channels and partnerships
- Support partners with pricing, offers, and deal structures, and maintain regular communication
- Deliver commercial and marketing initiatives such as product trainings, campaigns, and events
- Organise participation in key UK furniture fairs and ensure effective use of the London showroom
- Collect and share market feedback to improve products, processes, and communication
- Maintain CRM systems (Odoo) and support retailers with claims and after-sales topics
- Collaborate closely with our UK sales agent on partner recruitment and on-the-ground sales activity
What You Bring- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales within the UK or Ireland
- Experience in partnership management, key account management, or B2B sales (ideally in office furniture or on the manufacturer side)
- Strong communication skills and a structured, reliable way of working
- Hands-on mindset with a focus on execution
- High level of ownership and solution-oriented thinking
- Confidence using CRM systems such as Odoo or similar
- Process-oriented mindset with interest in continuous improvement
- Experience organising events, trade fairs, or similar customer-facing activities
- Fluent or native-level English
