Your mission

The Michelberger Hotel & Restaurant hosts and serves Berliners and their guests since 2009.

Our Team creates a wide array of experiences tailored to the needs and desires of the occasion across a variety of hotel rooms, event & public spaces. In our restaurant, café/bar we serve the best local produce, sourced from a sustainable network of farmers, hunters and suppliers we trust, as well as from our own Michelberger Farm, a food forest in the Spreewald/Brandenburg.

The Michelberger Family additionally includes the ORA Restaurant, MXPSM Distillery, the PEOPLE Festivals as well as the Beverage company Fountain of Youth.

For our service team in the day shift of the Michelberger restaurant we are looking for support in parttime or fulltime.

• Product knowledge and sales awareness
• Beverage production and equipment
• Knowledge of front and back of house operations
• Operating to all Michelberger operational standards
• Knowledge of the hotel and all its events, structures and procedures
• Willingness to develop and progress within a professional and great team

Your profile

• You have 1-2 years of experience in a service-oriented restaurant or bar.
• You are flexible and would like to get involved in different areas of our service operation.
• You have a personal passion for gastronomy and enjoy visiting restaurants, bars and cafés.
• You are interested in high-quality products and sustainable production processes
• You have an open-minded personality and love interacting with guests.
