About the profile

We are looking for an experienced IT Engineer to join our Enterprise IT team. The ideal candidate has a solid background working in enterprise environments and is confident managing Microsoft-based infrastructure and cloud solutions.
This role is for someone with proven, hands-on experience in maintaining IT systems, troubleshooting complex issues, and improving existing setups. You’ll work across systems, cloud platforms, and security to ensure reliable, secure, and efficient operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support enterprise IT systems, servers, and cloud environments.
• Maintain and troubleshoot Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Manage and support collaboration and communication platforms such as Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, and related Microsoft 365 services.
• Support virtualization and endpoint management.
• Maintain clear system documentation and coordinate with vendors and service providers.

Requirements - Must have

• English B1 or higher, with clear written and spoken communication for international teamwork.
• 2–4 years of proven experience in IT infrastructure, system administration, or enterprise IT operations.
• Hands-on experience managing Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and Windows Server environments.
• Practical experience with Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Experience with endpoint management and monitoring tools.
• Knowledge of IT service management (incident, change, and request processes).

Requirements - Nice to have

• AZ-104 (Azure Administrator Associate) or MD-102 (Endpoint Administrator Associate) certifications.
• Experience with other cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Experience with Linux environments - strong skills in both Windows and Linux are a big advantage.
• Familiarity with Intune, VMware.
• Knowledge of networking (LAN/WAN, VPN, DNS, DHCP, firewalls, wireless).
• Hands-on experience with backup and recovery tools, especially Veeam.
• Understanding of ITIL and experience with ServiceNow or similar tools.
