Job description
Your responsibilities
- Assist in the development and research of refrigerator projects under the guidance of experienced engineers and project leads.
- Participate in testing and validation processes, helping to design and execute experiments to evaluate product performance and reliability.
- Support the design team in creating CAD models and documentation for various refrigerator components and systems.
- Conduct market research and analysis to provide insights that inform product development decisions and innovations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gain exposure to various aspects of refrigerator development, including engineering, design, and project management.
- Document and present findings and progress reports to team members, contributing to the overall success of the projects.
- Stay engaged with current industry trends and technologies, applying knowledge gained in academic studies to real-world applications.
Your profile
- Currently enrolled in a Master’s degree program in Engineering, Product Design, or a related field.
- Strong interest in the home appliance industry, particularly in refrigeration technologies and product development.
- Proficient in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, NX) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and in teams.
- Strong communication skills in English and Chinese; knowledge of German is a plus.
- Motivated, proactive, and eager to learn from experienced professionals in a dynamic environment.
