Develop and take ownership of the holistic Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for DACH and the expansion into the UK and French markets
Establish Mercanis as a thought leader through targeted Product Marketing, sharp positioning, and the expansion of Analyst Relations (Gartner, G2)
Drive the shift from an outbound-heavy focus to a high-efficiency inbound engine that measurably contributes to Net New ARR
Lead and scale the marketing team (currently 6 people), acting as a mentor and "player-coach" who combines strategy with pragmatic execution
Lead creative Brand and Field Marketing initiatives to massively increase brand awareness among our target audience (CFOs/Procurement)
Collaborate closely with the VP Sales and VP Engineering to ensure a seamless customer journey and top-tier sales enablement
Leverage automation and a modern marketing tech stack to optimize processes and facilitate data-driven decision-making
You bring profound experience in B2B SaaS Marketing – ideally, you have already navigated a company through the €3M to €20M+ ARR growth phase
You have a proven track record in scaling marketing teams and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic scale-up environment
You possess a deep understanding of Enterprise marketing cycles and know how to position complex products for various ICPs
You combine a strategic mindset with a strong hands-on mentality and are not afraid to support operational tasks when necessary
You have successfully launched international markets (ideally UK or France) and understand the local nuances of these regions
You possess excellent communication skills and are fluent in German and English
Experience in Analyst Relations (Gartner Magic Quadrant, etc.) is a significant advantage
You are based in Berlin (or open to a hybrid model) and enjoy an office-first culture in the heart of the city
