IN A NUTSHELL

Do you perhaps have a passion for new customer acquisition?Then the position of Business Development Executive – or as we call it at MD7: Site Acquisition Consultant – could be just right for you! As a Site Acquisition Consultant, you’ll be responsible for finding and securing optimal rental locations for mobile antenna sites on behalf of our clients. With your negotiation skills, you’ll build partnerships with landlords, conduct site visits, and ensure that lease agreements are successfully completed.
DAY-TO-DAY
- Lead generation: Search for suitable antenna locations and identification of potential landlords
- New Acquisition: Reaching out to potential landlords and managing the process from the initial contact to contract signing
- Negotiations: Successfully negotiating and signing lease agreements
- Data Management: Maintaining up-to-date information in our custom software, LiveTrack
- Site visits: Visiting potential or already acquired sites when necessary
- Permits: Reaching out to the municipality, province and other government authorities to get the necessary permits.
YOUR PROFILE
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in Dutch (at least level C1)
- Basic English language skills
- Ability to communicate in a solution-oriented manner
- Exceptional attention to detail and efficient time management skills
- High self-motivation and ability to work independently
- Strong negotiation skills are an advantage
