What you'll do

• Work on sell- and buy-side mandates as well as equity financing mandates with exposure to various segments of the technology industry (services, software, digital, etc.)
• Work with different client groups, such as founders / entrepreneurs, financial sponsors (VC, PE, Growth, etc.) and corporates
• Be point-of-contact for clients in projects and current mandates
• Manage project workstreams and material preparations autonomously
• Develop and train junior team members

About you

• Excellent educational background with a strong degree
• 3-4 years of experience in corporate finance advisory or investment banking, from an international investment bank, another boutique advisory firm or an accounting background, preferably with one of the Big 4 accountancy firms
• Fluent in German and English
• Great interpersonal skills (verbal and written) with a self-starter mentality and the ability to get things done,  demonstrating an entrepreneurial and technology mindset as well as the ability to work in a high focused team environment
• Experience in financial modelling with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills and strong skills in collaborative situations
