What you'll do

• Work on bespoke LBO- and Acquisition financing mandates with exposure to various industries and clients
• Work with different client groups, such as private equity firms, corporates, family offices and entrepreneurs
• Be point-of-contact for clients, debt providers, lawyers, DD-providers and advisors
• Conduct credit analysis, business forecast and scenario analysis, financial covenants sensitivities, financial modelling, loan documentation (LMA), Term Sheet and Commitment Letter negotiation, manage Q&A sessions
• Prepare Pitch books, marketing materials, and specific research tasks  
• Manage project workstreams and develop and train junior team members

About you

• 3-5 years of experience in corporate finance advisory or investment banking, from an international investment bank, another boutique advisory firm or an accounting background
• Network within the financial community (banks, debt funds, advisors, sponsors) 
• Great interpersonal skills (verbal and written) with a self-starter mentality and the ability to get things done
• Experience in financial modelling with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, accounting skills (HGB, IFRS) as well as strong skills in collaborative situations
• A keen desire to learn and develop in a meritocratic environment
• Fluent German and English, speaking and writing
