Intern Sales & Flightcare (m/f/d)

Your mission

LUMINAIR is a growing business aviation operator based in Hamburg, Germany. We provide tailor-made flight solutions at the highest service level. To support our Commercial Team, we are looking for a motivated Intern (m/f/d) in the Sales & Flightcare department. Key duties include:

• Supporting the Sales and Flightcare team in handling client inquiries
• Overseeing and assisting with pre- and post-flight arrangements (handling, catering, slots, PPR, ground transportation)
• Maintaining customer data and bookings in internal systems
• Supporting communication with brokers 
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of service processes and quality standards

Your profile

• Proven customer-oriented mindset with high service standards
• Excellent communication skills 
• Ability to work under time pressure and handle irregular operations professionally
• Strong coordination skills
• High level of reliability, discretion, and confidentiality
• Structured, solution-oriented, and proactive working style
• Very good command of English; additional languages are an advantage
• Experience in business aviation or VIP customer service is beneficial
