Your mission
The Flightcare Executive, based in the Operations Control Center (OCC), is responsible for customer care before, during, and after each flight. The primary objective of the Flightcare Executive is to deliver a truly top-notch service experience with the highest attention to detail and a strong commitment to error-free execution. The role acts as the primary point of contact for clients and ensures that all service-related requirements are delivered in line with contractual agreements and customer expectations.The position requires close and continuous cooperation with the Sales Department to ensure that commercial agreements and special arrangements are fully understood and flawlessly executed in daily operations. The Flightcare Executive also works in tight coordination with Operations and Crew to align service delivery, manage changes, and provide a consistent, premium customer experience.
By consistently exceeding expectations and ensuring flawless coordination, the Flightcare Executive plays a key role in building a strong and sustainable trust base with our customers, in particular with aircraft brokers. The ultimate goal is to create such a reliable and premium service experience that brokers actively choose to book LUMINAIR again, based on confidence, transparency, and proven operational excellence.
Your profile
- Proven customer-oriented mindset with high service standards
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work under time pressure and handle irregular operations professionally
- Strong coordination skills
- High level of reliability, discretion, and confidentiality
- Structured, solution-oriented, and proactive working style
- Very good command of English; additional languages are an advantage
- Experience in business aviation or VIP customer service is beneficial
- Strong understanding of OCC / flight operations processes is beneficial
