Job description
Your mission
- Planning, coordination and oversight of all activities related to the continuing airworthiness in accordance with EASA Part-CAMO / Part-M for LUMINAIR’s Falcon fleet (Falcon 900EX & Falcon 7X)
- Creation, maintenance and continuous optimization of the Aircraft Maintenance Programme (AMP) based on Dassault documentation (MPD, MSM, CMMs)
- Monitoring and implementation of Airworthiness Directives (ADs), Service Bulletins (SBs) and Falcon Service Advisories
- Analysis, troubleshooting and rectification of technical issues and system malfunctions
- Close and proactive communication with LUMINAIR flight crews, including:
- Review and assessment of Pilot Reports (PIREPs)
- Support with MEL decisions and dispatch assessments
- Clarification of technical questions before and after flights
- Coordination with international Part-145 maintenance organisations, including:
- Planning and supervision of line and base maintenance
- Alignment on work scopes, findings and technical deviations
- Ensuring timely and fully compliant execution of all maintenance activities
- Preparation and release of work packages and maintenance orders to contracted maintenance providers
- Proper filing and maintenance of all documentation within the aircraft technical records / life cycle files
- Administration and use of CAMO software systems (e.g. CAMP, FL3XX)
- Communication with Dassault Falcon Customer Support, engine manufacturers and aviation authorities
- Participation in internal and external audits to ensure ongoing regulatory compliance and adherence to LUMINAIR’s high quality standards
Your profile
Qualifications- University degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a comparable technical qualification.
- Alternatively, an EASA Part-66 B1/B2 licence with experience on business jets, preferably on Dassault Falcon aircraft.
- Sound knowledge of EASA regulations (Part-M, Part-CAMO, Part-145).
- Proven experience in a CAMO environment, ideally within Business Aviation
- Knowledge of Dassault Falcon systems and portals (e.g. Field 6, Falcon Portal)
- Confident handling of technical documentation and maintenance management systems
- Strong analytical skills combined with a structured and precise working approach
- High sense of responsibility and a pronounced safety mindset
- Excellent communication skills when working with pilots, engineers, aircraft owners and external partners
- Ability to translate complex technical matters into clear and understandable information
- High level of independence, resilience and solution-oriented mindset
- Professional attitude, aligned with LUMINAIR’s premium brand standards
- Fluent in English (spoken and written) with strong preference for professional working German; additional language skills are an advantage
- Unrestricted EU passport or right to live and work in the EU
- Eligibility for a valid ZÜP (Zuverlässigkeitsüberprüfung) as per §7 LuftSiG
