GenISys has been the global market leader in e-beam lithography software since 2005 and develops powerful software solutions for optimising micro- and nanofabrication, metrology and inspection at its headquarters in Unterhaching near Munich. Our flagship product, BEAMER, is the de facto standard for e-beam direct write — complemented by other products. Our IT is much more than just Office and office computers: you will manage a complex DevOps infrastructure with CI/CD pipelines, GPU clusters and distributed build systems — the backbone of our software development.
Actively shape our IT strategy, drive technical innovation and implement your ideas in an interdisciplinary team.
Your mission
- Administration and further development of our heterogeneous server and network infrastructure (Linux, Windows, virtualisation, security)
- Planning and implementation of IT projects — from the initial idea to rollout
- Automation of processes and workflows
- Analysis and troubleshooting of complex technical faults
- Contribution to the development of IT strategy: evaluating, introducing and operating new technologies
Your profile
What you should bring with you:- Completed IT-related degree or a practice-oriented career with relevant experience.
- Team player mentality — you enjoy working closely with developers, support and management.
- The desire and ability to not only manage an IT landscape, but also to actively think ahead and shape it.
- Very good German and good English skills
Additional advantages would be:- Many years of experience with GitLab, Python and Windows administration, including remotely for various locations.
- Experience with virtualisation (Proxmox, Docker) and Linux administration
- Knowledge of scripting and automation (Python, PowerShell)
- Experience with network security, ideally Sophos
