Consultant Value Strategy & RWE - Focus on Healthcare Data Analysis (m/f/d)
Your mission
- Strategic consulting for market access, HE&OR and RWE departments at leading pharmaceutical companies and emerging biotechs
- Collaboration in interdisciplinary projects on market access for innovative drugs with a focus on routine data analysis (health insurance and other healthcare data sets)
- Design, implementation and evaluation of secondary data analyses (including data preparation, cohort definition and statistical analyses)
- Support with HTA-related issues (e.g. evidence requirements, PICO scoping, analysis strategies) and with the transfer of results into publications, presentations and project reports
- Collaboration in the design and implementation of real-world evidence studies to investigate the efficacy and safety of innovative drugs in healthcare practice
- Conducting systematic literature searches and structured evaluations to supplement routine data findings
- Active participation in the further development of internal data and methodological expertise, including preparation for the analysis of health data from the FDZ Gesundheit
- Collaboration in the creation and publication of publications in, for example, scientific journals, project reports and results presentations
Your profile
- Successfully completed degree (master's/diploma) in public health, epidemiology, health economics, statistics, biometrics, medical informatics or a comparable field
- At least 1–2 years of relevant professional experience with routine data analysis (e.g. health insurance or registry data) in an academic or industrial environment
- Experience in the preparation of scientific documents, e.g. study protocols, study reports or publications
- In-depth knowledge of epidemiological and statistical methods as well as basic knowledge of HTA/market access requirements desirable
- Good programming skills in R or Python; knowledge of SQL is an advantage
- Analytical thinking, structured and careful working style, and a high degree of initiative
- Open-minded and communicative personality with a team orientation and customer focus
- Fluent written and spoken German and English (academic level)
