General Description
In your role as Business Operations Manager C-Level Office (m/f/d), you will work closely with the CEO and the respective team leaders in Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, and BI. You will gain comprehensive insights into managing and scaling key business areas.
You will drive process optimizations and special projects consistently and take on a key role in the implementation and further development of AI and automation solutions. In doing so, you will assume project responsibility in dynamic and agile environments, working directly with the executive level – the perfect setup for a steep learning curve and personal growth.
Your Role
- Lead process optimization and automation initiatives across our central Sales and Marketing channels as project owner.
- Support management in overseeing and optimizing various business units.
- Develop and maintain structured planning and reporting systems (e.g., Excel, BI tools).
- Supervise and analyze weekly performance – in collaboration with Business Intelligence – to improve transparency across all relevant KPIs.
- Track KPIs and provide weekly reporting.
- Identify performance gaps, inefficiencies, and growth opportunities, ensuring their implementation.
- Drive and support the adoption and scaling of AI tools and new workflows.
- Recognize automation potential and implement it using various AI models.
- Serve as the interface between management and operations across different departments, including BI.
Your Skills and Experience
- At least 3 years of professional experience, ideally in a start-up, scale-up, consulting firm, or fast-paced environment.
- A completed degree in Business, Economics, or a comparable field.
- Experience in consumer goods or DTC is a plus.
- Highly structured, detail-oriented, and reliable work style.
- Strong analytical, data-driven, and results-oriented skills.
- Quick learner with proactive mindset.
- Strong affinity for Business Intelligence tools and systems.
- Keen interest in AI and digital automation.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and familiar with Claude, Notion, as well as initial experience with N8n and similar AI tools.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Passion for smart, innovative products, quality, and design.
- Fluent in English and German.
