Your role

We are looking for a Cleaning Staff Member / Cleaner (all genders) for our Serviced Apartments in the Hamburg city area. You play a key role in ensuring the quality of cleanliness and, as a result, the overall guest experience. With a keen eye for detail, cleanliness, tidiness, and hospitality, your work is essentially the hallmark of our company. In this role, you work both independently and in close coordination with external service providers to maintain our high quality standards and continuously raise the bar.

Your mission

• You carry out apartment cleaning in the Hamburg city area and ensure cleanliness in communal areas as well.
• You plan and carry out deep cleans and special cleaning sessions at regular intervals.
• You organise the procurement of materials and monitor stock levels for the cleaning process.
• You serve as the on-site point of contact for external service providers, support quality management on-site, and ensure that any externally provided services meet our quality standards.
• You contribute to the further development of the guest experience with regard to apartment furnishings, small personal touches, cleanliness standards, workflows, technology, and more.

Your profile

• You are characterised by hospitality and thoroughness, and maintaining high standards is something you genuinely care about.
• You have a friendly and confident manner.
• You stand out through your independence, willingness to perform, reliability, team spirit, and flexibility.
• You see yourself as a service provider and a caring point of contact with a high level of motivation.
• You have good German language skills (B1) and/or English language skills (B1).
• You use digital tools with ease, recognise their potential, and are enthusiastic about how AI can make everyday work more efficient.
