Your Tasks

As a foreign language correspondent in our international team, you can look forward to interesting responsibilities. Proficiency in English as well as attention to detail and organisational skills are essential for this role. In this position, a key part of your role will involve correspondence with clients and other parties primarily in English, and independently supporting a patent attorney in their day-to-day administrative tasks.

Your Qualifications

As a Foreign Language Correspondent
You have completed training as a foreign language correspondent, multilingual secretary or similar training. You also value working independently in a structured environment and are keen to expand your professional knowledge.

As a Person
Your professional competence is combined with a passion for working as part of a team. You are a quick learner with a high level of organisation and conscientiously complete the tasks entrusted to you.

In our international team, English language skills to a native speaker level and a good command of German are essential. The role also requires confident computer skills.
