Job description
Overview
The Administrator will work alongside all the other O&M staff to assist with the delivery of our contractual O&M obligations. Covering work aspects relating to the daily task administration, support of field operations, calendar planning, report proof reading, and liaison with all other GC departments and suppliers etc.The Successful candidate will also undertake operational site visits and work alongside Field Services staff, Clients and on-site Subcontractors.
Your mission
Primary Responsibilities:- Primary point of contact relating to the daily activities of the department
- Oversee the day-to-day operations and scheduling activities
- Coordinating meetings and personnel absence,
- Handling correspondence and travel requirements,
- Planning and booking training courses and other logistics
- Keeping track of the status of the various projects O&M undertakes
- Liaise with other departments to ensure efficient exploitation of internal resources/ synergies eg purchasing and delivery on site of materials, tools, vehicles, stationary, booking travel, training etc
- Assist in preparing presentations to senior management and review reports prior to being forwarded to clients
- Ensure all tools/ equipment are calibrated in due time, including SLA required items eg pyranometers and keep tack of their allocation to the team members
- Keeping track and ensuring compliance with various country specific O&M regulations/ guidelines and updates thereof.
- Review service activity reports and paperwork timely to the appropriate recipients.
Your profile
- Highly organized, with attention to detail and ability to multi task;
- Excellent problem solving, and ability to critically think and take appropriate decisions;
- Strong computer and networking skills including the ability to work with Word, Excel and various other MS Suite applications.
- Experience with satellite and networking communications, SCADA and ticketing systems is highly desirable.
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluency in written and spoken English - German and/or Hungarian is a plus.
- Experience in a service watch role and participation in on-call rotas.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a relevant technical discipline (Advanced Degrees Preferred);
