INTERN (M/W/DIV.) – CORPORATE FINANCE

Description

We are currently looking for interns to join and support the FalkenSteg team in our corporate-finance operations (distressed M&A).

Your duties

• Assisting with process management in the context of M&A transactions
• Conducting market, company and financial analyses
• Creating marketing materials related to pitches and transactions
• Preparing for meetings with investors

What we expect from you

• You have successfully completed at least four academic semesters for a degree in economic/legal studies or a comparable programme
• Previous experience from relevant work placements in corporate finance, restructuring, finance, financial and management accounting; or business development preferred
• Entrepreneurial mindset (ideally, you already have experience as an Entrepreneur)
• Keen interest in business transactions and solid basic knowledge of accounting and business valuation
• Analytical and structured approach to work
• Team player, self-directed, confident disposition, flexible and willing to travel
• Commitment to excellence by producing precise work
• Fluent in written and spoken English and German (additional foreign language skills advantageous)
