Your mission

• You will design our B2C and B2B web applications—from initial ideas and wireframes to visual design and prototypes
• You review and optimize the usability of existing systems and applications
• You run usability tests to understand user needs and expectations
• You work closely with developers to create solutions that are technically feasible while providing a modern, engaging user experience
• You translate complex requirements into clear and user-friendly interfaces
• You pay attention to details such as typography, spacing, and micro-interactions to create a high-quality user experience
• You stay informed about current design trends and conduct market and competitor research  

Your profile

• You have a degree in graphic design, media informatics or a related field and you have several years of professional experience in UI/UX design
• Experience in the UX/UI field, ideally in e-commerce or B2B
• You are proficient in interface design programs such as Figma, Adobe XD or similar (we work with Figma)
• You have a basic understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to understand the feasibility of designs 
• Strong visual design skills and a keen sense of aesthetics, typography, and layout
• You have experience in conducting user research and usability tests as well as in evaluating and interpreting the results
• You enjoy working in a team and have a high level of initiative and a structured way of working, as well as an eye for detail
• Strong presentation and communication skills, as well as the ability to clearly convey your design decisions
• You are fluent in German and English
