Trusted Advisor: Serve as a consultant to decision-makers and innovation managers, helping them navigate the possibilities and requirements of AI adoption.
The Bridge: Work closely with our ML Scientists to translate technical potential into clear business cases. You ensure that our scientific excellence aligns with the client’s operational goals.
Networking & Process Improvement
Industry Presence: Represent dida at industry events and build a network of strategic partners.
Internal Evolution: Help refine our sales and project initiation processes to better suit the long-term nature of Enterprise AI projects.
Experience: 3+ years in B2B Sales, Business Development, or Consulting, preferably within the IT or deep-tech sector.
Technical Fluency: You have a foundational understanding of Machine Learning (e.g., Computer Vision, Deep Learning). You can communicate effectively with both technical experts and business executives.
Entrepreneurial Mindset: You enjoy taking initiative and working with a high degree of autonomy to build up a market segment.
Communication: Native-level German is required for our primary partners in the DACH region, along with fluent English for internal collaboration.
Location: Based in Berlin, with a presence in our Kreuzberg office (Moritzplatz) at least 2 days a week to foster team collaboration.
