Working Student (All Genders) – Safety Management System (SMS) / Quality Management (QM)

Your missions

• Design and structuring of the SMS process (documents, workflows, roles)

• Development of all relevant materials, including:

  • Process descriptions, forms, and templates

  • Presentations, posters, handouts, “Golden Rules,” and 5S content

• Conceptualization of a training and awareness campaign

• Contribution of creative ideas for additional content (e.g., safety tips, newsletters)

• Analysis of existing processes, identification of gaps, and support in closing them

• Objective: A fully documented ISO 45001-compliant Safety Management System, including:

  • Training materials

  • Presentations

  • Test questions and examination concept

  • Materials for internal communication

Your profile

• Enrollment in a degree program in Quality Management, Occupational Safety, Environmental Engineering, HSE, or a comparable field

• Confident use of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

• Basic knowledge of management systems and ISO standards (e.g., ISO 45001)

• Interest in the aerospace industry

• Openness to new technologies and AI tools (e.g., research, documentation, data analysis)

• Ability to quickly adapt to digital work environments

• Experience in creating presentations and visual materials (basic graphic design skills are an advantage)

• Independent working style with guidance from HSE & QM teams

• Willingness to research best practices related to ISO 45001

• Documentation in English; coordination in German also possible
