Are you interested in employee engagement, performance management, and how People & Culture teams support a growing organization? Join our People Team as a People & Culture Intern and support key initiatives that shape how we engage, develop, and support employees at Datamaran.
This internship offers hands-on experience in employee engagement, performance processes, and learning and development.
What You’ll Work On
Coordinating the bi-annual engagement survey, including preparation, launch, participation tracking, and initial analysis.
Supporting the annual performance review cycle by tracking progress and assisting with communication and coordination.
Administering the learning and development platform (Fuse), including adding new employees and updating content.
Providing general administrative and project support across People & Culture initiatives.
Helping maintain timelines, documentation, and alignment across People systems.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Good communication skills and a structured way of working.
Basic proficiency with spreadsheets and document tools (e.g. Google Workspace).
Interest in HR, employee engagement, or organizational development.
Ability to learn and work with HR systems (e.g. HRIS, LMS).
Proactive mindset and willingness to support operational tasks.
Gain hands-on experience in employee engagement and performance management processes.
Contribute to key People & Culture initiatives that impact the full organization.
Learn how HR systems and processes support a growing company.
Work closely with an experienced People Team in a supportive, international environment.
