Sustainability Research Internship

Your mission

We are seeking a highly motivated Sustainability Research Intern to join our Research team. This internship offers an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of sustainability and technology, focusing on analyzing corporate sustainability reports and developing data-driven insights. You will have the chance to gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge sustainability technology while deepening your understanding of regulatory frameworks and corporate reporting.

You will also support the team in monitoring ESG trends, industry best practices, and emerging sustainability shifts to ensure relevant and timely insights. You will produce actionable insights and recommendations related to sustainability, supporting our content and communications programme. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and analyze data from sustainability reports, financial reports, proxy statements, or similar corporate reports to identify key trends, challenges, and opportunities for businesses.

• Support the development of insights and recommendations based on data analysis.

• Collect and analyse data from relevant sustainability regulations 

• Draft summary of key regulations for our weekly regulatory updates 

• Collaborate with the technology and research teams to improve the integration of sustainability data into internal tools and platforms.

• Contribute to internal reports and presentations summarizing key findings.

Your profile

• Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to digest and summarize complex information.

• Interest in corporate sustainability and ESG regulations (knowledge of reporting frameworks like CSRD, ISSB is a plus).

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with data analysis tools is a plus.

• Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with a passion for sustainability and technology.
