Product Manager

Your mission

As Product Manager at Datamaran, you will own the development and evolution of critical parts of our ESG governance platform. Your mission is to translate complex regulatory, sustainability, and enterprise requirements into scalable, high-impact product solutions.

You will work at the intersection of ESG expertise, engineering, and customer value. From discovery to delivery, you drive clarity, prioritisation, and execution. Ensuring that what we build solves real market problems and strengthens our position as the leading ESG SaaS platform globally.

You will:

• Lead the full product lifecycle from discovery and ideation to launch and iteration

• Translate regulatory developments, customer feedback, and market insights into actionable product strategies

• Define and prioritise product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria

• Partner closely with engineering, design, and in-house ESG experts to deliver high-quality features on time

• Conduct competitive analysis and identify differentiation opportunities

• Define and monitor product KPIs, using data to drive continuous optimisation

• Act as the internal voice of the customer while balancing technical feasibility and business impact

This role requires ownership, strategic thinking, and the ability to bring structure to complexity.

Your profile

This role is a strong fit if you:

• Bring 3+ years of experience in Product Management within a SaaS environment

• Have successfully delivered complex B2B products in cross-functional settings

• Are comfortable navigating ambiguity and turning complexity into clear product direction

• Combine strong analytical thinking with pragmatic decision-making

• Understand how to balance customer needs, business objectives, and technical constraints

• Have experience working in agile environments and with tools such as ClickUp, Jira, or Monday.com

• Communicate clearly with stakeholders across engineering, commercial, and executive teams

A background in sustainability, ESG, or regulatory technology is a strong advantage. A genuine interest in ESG and global regulatory developments is highly valued.

Bachelor’s degree required. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
