As Senior Controller – Demand & Marketing (m/f/d), you will be part of our Controlling team, partnering closely with the Director of Marketing while shaping performance management across the entire demand side of our global marketplace. You will create transparency around demand, buyer behavior, funnel performance, and the efficiency of our Marketing and CRM investments. Your analyses and recommendations will support the Management Board in identifying growth opportunities and steering the marketplace with data-driven decisions.

What you can expect

• Own end-to-end analytics for the buyer side: traffic, conversion, demand trends, and the buyer funnel 
• Build, improve, and scale demand forecasting models 
• Identify growth levers and efficiency opportunities across all demand channels 
• Monitor and evaluate marketing, CRM, and retention initiatives 
• Collaborate closely with Data, CRM, and Marketing to generate actionable insights 
• Regularly present demand and marketing performance to the Management Board 
• Deliver scenario analyses on shifts in demand, market trends, and price/supply dynamics 
• Interpret and contextualize global demand and buyer market trends 

What sets you apart

• 5+ years of experience in Controlling, FP&A, or Marketing Analytics, ideally in a marketplace or e-commerce environment 
• Strong analytical skill set and a solid understanding of marketplace dynamics (demand vs. supply) 
• Deep expertise in CAC, ROAS, payback, attribution logic, and incrementality 
• Ability to translate complex analyses into clear narratives and precise recommendations 
• Very good German and English skills
