Intern Corporate Finance | M&A | Investment Banking

Position

We are constantly looking for motivated and capable interns to support our Frankfurt-based Investment Banking team (M&A/Corporate Finance/Growth Equity).
As a vital team-member you will be working on various assignments & live deals in Tech (including but not limited to CleanTech, GreenTech, DeepTech, AI etc.) but also Digital Media as well as esports & gaming.

Your responsibilities

• Day-to-day support of deal teams and management
• Assist the teams particularly regarding the execution and preparation of transaction materials & deal documentations (incl. Investment / Information memoranda; investor presentations, financial models)
• Preparation of transaction material & marketing documents as well as presentations, pitches, investment proposals and valuations
• Assume responsibility for project tasks
• Built profound understanding of M&A transaction processes and gain first-hand deal experience

Your profile

Successful candidates typically

• Have an excellent academic background and a genuine interest in Corporate Finance Advisory
• Have an interest in technology as well as tech-driven business models
• Have proven to be a results-driven team player in and are keen to take on responsibility in a project-based environment
• Show strong analytical capabilities and profound understanding of accounting principles, are highly numerical and articulate
• Are business-fluent in both, German and English (additional languages are a plus); and 
• Have good command of common business software and industry-specific tools
