During your training as an IT specialist in system integration, you will learn how to plan and configure IT systems. You will set up these systems in accordance with customer requirements and manage them. This also includes providing support to our customers. This means that when problems arise, you will systematically analyze and fix errors in software and hardware. To ensure an efficient approach, we work with a ticket system.
What you can expect:
During your training at ambiFOX, you will work in various departments within the company:
- SaaS/ASP Technology
- DevOps Engineering
- Network Technology
- Project Management
- Customer Success
- Software Development
- In each of these departments, you will learn essential skills that are important for your training as an IT specialist.
- A high school diploma
