INFRASTRUCTURE PROCESS & AUDIT MANAGER (m/f/d)

Your Role

As an infrastructure process and audit manager, it is your responsibility to ensure IT processes are documented, tracked, and established in line with information security and relevant regulatory requirements. You are expected to be familiar with all IT Infrastructure activities, with focus around the business critical and high risk driven processes.

Your Responsibilities

• Establish order and structure:
  • Gap analysis and establishment of internal processes
  • Consultation, recommendations to the Group Executive Board
  • Structure existing processes and documentation
  • Lead teams through a standardized and structured process to ensure compliance
• Audit management:
  • Working with Information security to establish clear processes and responsibilities
  • Establish companywide tool chains for standardization on processes and documentation
  • Prepare and organize IT related audits 
• Establish partnerships:
  • Management of 3rd party providers, respond to customer queries
  • Participate in internal risk and security decisions
  • Establish reporting and KPI’s for internal and external providers or consumers

Your Profile

• Incredible ability to create structure and organization
• Extraordinary collaboration and communication skills to work with IT and business alike
• Extensive experience in a regulated environment responsible for process definition
• Existing experience participating or conducting IT audits
• Familiar with Infrastructure process frameworks (ITIL/Cobit/ISO27k)
• University degree in computer science or comparable experience
