We are seeking Mystery Shoppers to evaluate the membership enquiry and sales process at gym locations. This project assesses how staff respond to new member enquiries and conduct facility tours.
Key Responsibilities
Submit a membership enquiry through the gym’s website.
Wait for a call back from the gym staff.
If no call is received within 72 hours, or if only an email is received, call the gym directly to ask about membership options.
During the call, ask about membership prices and available plans.
Accept the invitation to visit the gym and complete a guided tour with a staff member.
Observe staff communication, professionalism, and sales approach.
The agent should not join the club.
Reporting Requirements
Submit a detailed report about the enquiry process, phone interaction, and in-person tour.
The report must be written in English.
Requirements
Strong observation and communication skills.
Ability to follow instructions and conduct visits discreetly.
Ability to write a clear report in English.
Knowledge of the local language is preferred (staff may speak English but local language is recommended).
