As a People & Culture Intern at 4screen, you will play an active role in attracting, engaging, and supporting top talent throughout the recruitment process. You’ll screen candidates, manage application pipelines, and assist in creating a seamless onboarding and offboarding experience. Beyond recruiting, you’ll support initiatives that strengthen our company culture, organize team events, and take care of our office environment to ensure our office is a welcoming, collaborative space. You’ll also contribute to various projects, gaining valuable insights into a dynamic and innovative workplace.
Previous internship or working student experience in HR or Recruiting (ideally in consulting, start-up, tech, or automotive industry) is a plus
Ability to work independently and take ownership
Gain firsthand experience in a dynamic and professional startup setting
Participating actively in crucial People & Culture processes and acquiring knowledge of best practices from top notch professionals
