Identify and qualify new business opportunities by reaching out to potential clients through various channels such as phone, email, and social media.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for targeting Gen Z talent and expanding the company's market presence in Germany.
Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs to effectively tailor pitches and presentations.
Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate information regarding leads, prospects, and client interactions to ensure efficient follow-up and communication.
Participate in networking events, trade shows, and webinars to build relationships with key stakeholders and enhance the company’s visibility within the staffing and recruiting industry.
Native proficiency in German (C2 level) with excellent communication skills in English.
Proven experience in a business development or sales role, preferably within the staffing and recruiting industry.
Strong understanding of go-to-market strategies and the ability to connect with Gen Z talent.
Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for building relationships with clients and prospects.
