Founders Associate (Internship) Munich | Starting immediately | 3-6 Months

HACOY is a slow luxury fashion brand from Munich. We make clothes that feel good - on your skin and on your conscience. Prioritizing natural fabrics, all production within Italy & Lithuania. We have done international shootings, a show at Paris Fashion Week, a pop-up in Barcelona - and now we are going after our vision: hyper local, global. Our showroom is at Maistrasse 21, Munich.

Tasks

You work directly with the founder. You see how a real brand business works from the inside - from the first customer inquiry to the finished package.

We are not looking for a specialist. We are looking for someone who sets up a Klaviyo campaign in the morning, advises a customer in the showroom at noon, and writes to a retail partner in the afternoon - all with the same standard. Thinking in layers and getting things done are not opposites here.

If you have always felt like you think too much, have too many ideas, and never quite fit into normal structures - you are exactly right here. At HACOY that is not a flaw. That is the job.

Day to day you will:

1. Handle admin, emails, and day-to-day operations

2. Pack orders and coordinate fulfillment

3. Manage brand ambassador relationships and communication

4. Run sales outreach and follow up on leads

5. Host the showroom and take care of customers on site

6. Create content for social media - photos, videos, stories, on-site and on the go

Beyond the daily you will:

1. Plan and execute events - the first is the Archive Sale in May

2. Coordinate shootings

3. Plan, produce and edit brand social media content for campaigns and shootings

4. Challenge the founder's ideas - this is not a perk, this is a requirement

Workplace: Primarily on-site at our Munich showroom, with flexibility for remote work on admin and digital tasks when needed

Requirements

• You want to see things done, not just discussed

• You think in connections without losing sight of the detail

• You have a natural sense for aesthetics, quality, and people

• You work independently and ask when you are stuck

• Fluent in German and English

• Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo or social media is a plus, not a must

• Mandatory internship (Pflichtpraktikum) preferred
