You will develop and implement automated marketing processes and create strategic concepts for multi‑stage marketing and sales campaigns, particularly for lead generation and customer retention across the entire lifecycle
To support targeted customer acquisition and activation, you will design innovative lead magnets and coordinate the content and visual implementation within the marketing team for all brands of our corporate group
With well‑designed automations, you will enable our target groups to experience a seamless customer journey—from the first interaction to long‑term retention
You will segment customer data, apply proven A/B testing strategies, and manage automated processes across all brands to support both acquisition and retention goals
Your analytical and data‑driven approach allows you to evaluate our campaigns based on key KPIs and provide valuable insights for planning and optimizing future initiatives. You place particular focus on conversion, engagement, and retention metrics across all brands
Your HubSpot skillset covers everything from designing thoughtful customer journeys to crafting visually appealing individual emails to technically implementing high‑performing workflows and continuously optimizing them
Through successful B2B and B2C initiatives, you know exactly how to use whitepapers, content pieces, and videos effectively
CPA, CAC, CLV, lead scoring, and lead nurturing are not just buzzwords to you—they are a fundamental part of your toolkit
You have strong technical expertise, are very familiar with integrating various systems via API solutions, and have already supported processes related to data integration and automation
