Senior Employer Branding Specialist (m/f/d)

Mission Brief 

We’re seeking an experienced Senior Employer Branding Manager to strengthen Isar Aerospace’s reputation as an employer of choice in the space industry and beyond. You will develop and execute employer branding strategies to attract top talent globally. Working closely with Talent Acquisition, HRBPs, Marketing, Communications, and leadership, you will ensure our employer brand reflects our values, culture, and mission.

You will be part of our Talent Attraction team (Aude, Stephanie, Marlene and Michaela).

Your Role in Our Space Mission: 

• Develop and implement a comprehensive employer branding strategy aligned with Isar Aerospace’s business goals and values.
• Act as project lead for creative employer branding campaigns, across Germany, Sweden and Norway.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create compelling content that showcases our culture, people, and achievements.
• Manage Isar Aerospace’s presence on employer review platforms (e.g., Kununu, Glassdoor) and optimize candidate touchpoints. 
• Analyze employer branding metrics, prepare reports, and adjust strategies for maximum impact.
• Organize and represent Isar Aerospace at career fairs, industry events, and university programs.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in employer branding.

Qualification Checklist 

• Several years of experience (5+ years) in employer branding, HR marketing, or related fields, preferably in a fast-growing tech or engineering environment.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful employer branding strategies.
• Excellent project management skills and ability to drive multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Experience with digital marketing tools, social media management, and employer review platforms.
• Creative thinker, collaborative mindset, and passion for people and culture.
• Interest in aerospace, engineering, or technology is a plus.
• Fluent English and German.
