Mission Brief
We’re seeking an experienced Senior Employer Branding Manager to strengthen Isar Aerospace’s reputation as an employer of choice in the space industry and beyond. You will develop and execute employer branding strategies to attract top talent globally. Working closely with Talent Acquisition, HRBPs, Marketing, Communications, and leadership, you will ensure our employer brand reflects our values, culture, and mission.
You will be part of our Talent Attraction team (Aude, Stephanie, Marlene and Michaela).
