THE ROLE

This role lets you do both.
We are looking for a Director of Sales B2B who thrives in a hybrid model: leading experienced enterprise sellers while personally closing complex, high-value deals in the TVaaS and video streaming ecosystem. If you want the impact of leadership without losing the satisfaction of winning strategic enterprise contracts, this role is designed for you. Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, you will lead our Zattoo Business Sales Team while owning your own significant enterprise quota.
This is not a pure management position.
Leading two Senior Sales Managers and a Sales Development Representative
Driving strategic direction and pipeline governance
Negotiating and closing high-value enterprise deals
Owning strategic customer relationships
You will operate at C-level and senior management level across telecommunications, OTT, broadcasters and video platform providers — positioning Zattoo as a trusted TV-as-a-Service and streaming technology partner.
THE ZATTOO BUSINESS SALES TEAM
The Zattoo Business Sales Team is responsible for all sales activities related to Zattoo’s TV-as-a-Service and streaming technology offerings, including the End-to-End TV platform as well as Modular products such as Streaming, Ingest and Orchestration solutions. We work closely with Product, Portfolio Management, Marketing, Client Success and Project Management to bring complex solutions to market and build long-term customer relationships across different regions and customer segments.

10+ years enterprise B2B sales experience in SaaS, telecom or video/OTT ecosystem
Proven track record closing complex long-cycle deals
2+ years experience leading experienced sales professionals
Strong consultative selling capability
Commercial sharpness and pricing confidence
Structured pipeline management and forecasting discipline
Fluency in English (German a strong plus, other languages very appreciated)
Existing network within video, OTT or telecom ecosystem
Experience working with technology partners and joint go-to-market models
Experience with TVaaS, IPTV or streaming technology environments
