You’re interested in technology and want to understand how modern IT really works behind the scenes? You’d like to work in a modern setup and gradually dive deeper into IT topics step by step? Then you’re exactly right with us.

As a Working Student / IT  (f/m/d), you support our internal IT team in making sure that everyone at Wunderflats can work smoothly - from the right access permissions to the appropriate hardware. You start in first-level support and take on additional tasks once you feel confident in the role.

YOUR MISSION

• Supporting the IT team in day-to-day operations with a focus on first-level support
• Being the first point of contact for topics such as missing access rights, accidentally deleted files, or when the printer is acting up again
• Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes, including account and access management
• Assisting with the setup, configuration, and distribution of hardware
• Keeping an overview and making sure everything is properly documented
• Contributing to IT projects and the continuous improvement of our IT setup
• Working closely with experienced IT colleagues and learning how professional IT works in everyday practice

 

YOUR PROFILE

• You are fluent in English and conversational in German
• You’re curious, open-minded, and interested in understanding technical concepts
• Technology excites you and when something doesn’t work, you’re willing to dig a little deeper
• “Doesn’t work” is more of an invitation than a final answer for you
• You communicate clearly and can explain technical topics in a way others understand
• You work independently within your area of responsibility and always have someone you can turn to if questions come up
• Previous practical IT experience is a plus, but not required
