Your impact
We are currently looking for motivated experts who want to work in a fast-paced and varied environment. Here you will have the opportunity to deepen and specialise your expertise to an expert level and take on technical leadership responsibilities.What expects you
- You will actively and independently manage international projects in the real estate industry in the field of energy cost optimisation – from start to finish.
- To ensure that the right decisions are made, you will independently structure and analyse the relevant project data.
- You will develop innovative concepts for optimising energy costs and implement them successfully.
- In day-to-day business, you will be the first point of contact for our international customers and will find the right solution for every challenge, tailored to the respective local energy markets.
- To ensure the success of the project, you will manage tenders, conduct negotiations and the associated contract award discussions with energy suppliers from abroad.
- In addition, you will supervise ongoing projects, support their further development and actively contribute to their timely and successful completion.
- You will work closely with interdisciplinary and multilingual teams, ensuring that all parties involved are informed about the progress of the project and that optimal cooperation is maintained.
What you contribute
- You have completed vocational training or a degree (technical college/university) – preferably in international management, real estate or a field related to energy economics.
- You have several years (3-5 years) of professional experience in project management.
- Very good to fluent French, Italian or Spanish is an advantage. You also have very good English skills.
- Ideally, you are familiar with the local market characteristics and have experience working with international teams and customers.
- You also have a sound knowledge of Excel, which rounds off your profile.
- You are characterised by solution-oriented, analytical and structured thinking and action, enabling you to effectively master even complex challenges.
- Your ability to work in a team and your commitment complement your professional and confident manner.
- You strengthen team dynamics and employee development through motivational leadership, regular feedback and active support for professional development.
- Ideally, you already have experience in employee management.
