Head of Finance (m/f/d) As Head of Finance you and your team will be responsible for areas such as profit and loss, finance controlling, finance reporting, accounting, and financial reporting. As part of middle management, you will use your expertise to ensure the perfect balance between investment strength and cost control, thereby enabling coliquio's long-term growth.You decide where you work: Germany-wide from your home office, at one of our locations in Constance or Munich or a hybrid mix. 

 

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECTYou will manage the Finance & Controlling department in terms of technical and disciplinary matters and be responsible for the budget, target achievement, and people management.You will be responsible for annual and quarterly budget planning and budget controlling.You will ensure accurate and reliable reporting and forecasting for the executive board, management team, and WebMD colleagues.You will be responsible for monthly and annual financial statements in cooperation with the tax advisor and auditorsTogether with your team, you will draw up business and investment plans as well as market analyses.You will coordinate consultations and the flow of information with banks.You will ensure the company's liquidity.You will provide the senior management team with the basis for decision-making from a financial perspective in order to drive forward the further development of coliquio.

 

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLESuccessfully completed degree in business administration or similar, including a specialization in financeOver 8 years of experience in finance and controlling, including at least 4 years of professional experience in a senior finance positionBroad understanding of all financial processes, from controlling to financial accounting Very good knowledge of German accounting and tax regulationsStrategic business understanding and experience as part of a senior management teamExperience with agile leadership methods and the technical management of a decentralized teamVery good knowledge of setting up and developing a finance team and the further development and automation of administrative finance processesInternational background or experience in international cooperationExcellent written and spoken German skills, as well as fluent EnglishNice to have: knowledge of DATEV
