YOUR TEAM

To support our "Driver Interaction, Infotainment, and Digital Experience" team, we are currently looking for working student. In your role you will support across various projects and will be an integral part of the team that develops and manages the essential elements needed to create an exceptional customer experience, empowering all Volkswagen Group brands to provide cutting-edge mobility services. Join us in shaping the future of mobility by enhancing digital services within and around the vehicle.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Assist the management team, with a focus on product and organizational development
• Prepare and structure operational and strategic initiatives through relevant data and analysis
• Collaborate with Product Owners and contribute to product management activities
• Communicate effectively with internal and external partners
• Create high-impact presentations for organizational development and build dashboards as part of project teams
• Manage technical development tasks for different products/ services (depending on your skills and areas of interest)

WHO YOU ARE

• Enrolled student in economics, communication studies, business informatics, or an equivalent field
• Strong PowerPoint skills ideally with first experiences in (student-) consulting
• Experience with the conception and implementation of dashboards using PowerBI or Tableau
• Basic understanding of agile software development methodologies, particularly Scrum or SAFe, with a strong alignment to agile values and principles
• Ideally first experiences working with Confluence and Jira
• Analytical skills, team-oriented mindset, high level of commitment and flexibility, with a structured and independent approach to work
• Fluent in English and German (C1)

NICE TO KNOW

• Remote work options within Germany         
• Duration: 6 months (with the option to extend up to two years) 
• 20 hours/week, up to 35 hours/week during the semester break 
• Salary: 17,80€/hour
