Contributing to the sales strategy for the institutional business in Germany (growth targets, client coverage, product focus, etc.).
Implementing a structured sales process to generate leads, follow up, and convert opportunities into long-term partnerships.
Proactively identifying and securing new institutional clients, with a focus on the insurance sector.
Managing and deepening relationships with existing clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and success.
Developing an in-depth understanding of our investment offerings to provide tailored solutions.
Overseeing RFPs and tender processes to ensure client requirements are met, working closely with our support teams.
Providing insights on market developments and peer group trends to keep us competitive and innovative.
At least 4 years of experience in institutional client acquisition and a proven track record as a Relationship Manager (preferably in the insurance industry)
Experience in working with insurance companies and a deep understanding of their specific needs.
University degree in business, economics, finance, or a related field and have a solid understanding of the institutional market.
Strong general investment product knowledge
Native German speaker with excellent English skills (verbal and written).
Strong sales skills and a natural desire to seek out and close opportunities.
You bring an existing network of institutional clients (especially in the insurance segment) and know how to leverage it effectively.
You’re quick to adjust to new situations and thrive in a dynamic environment.
You have a strong commercial mindset and a drive to create value.
You’re equally comfortable working independently or collaborating with others to achieve shared goals.
You have good interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills (both verbal and written).
You value trust, professionalism, and personal responsibility in everything you do.
