Your role at voiio:
You would ike to not only witness our growth but also help shape it as an integral part of our team? As our CEO’s right-hand person, you’ll support us in voiio’s key development phases—right at the intersection of marketing, business development, and strategy.
In this role, you’ll act as a bridge across different departments. You’ll bring new perspectives to help us further develop existing structures and find innovative ways to achieve our mission.
This position offers you plenty of room to grow, put your own ideas into action, and gradually develop into a leadership role with significant responsibility in marketing.
What makes your position unique:
In this role, you’ll work closely with our CEO and have the opportunity to grow into a leadership position. We’re looking for someone who not only takes on responsibility but actively seeks it out.
- You will manage strategic special projects such as the internationalization of voiio or the development of smart CRM workflows in HubSpot. You will be responsible for the project from the initial analysis through to successful implementation
- You will drive lead generation by identifying growth opportunities, building partnerships, and developing go-to-market strategies that truly propel voiio forward
- You support our marketing team in day-to-day operations while also contributing fresh ideas to optimize our channels and processes for everyone
- You boldly test new marketing and sales channels. We scale up what works well together; we learn from mistakes together for the future
- You make data-driven decisions, applying a strong KPI-based approach to your projects and using modern AI tools to make our processes more efficient
- You’ll grow into leadership roles by mentoring interns early on and supporting them as a mentor
- You’ll work closely with our CEO and, through a trusting dialogue, learn how to sustainably scale a values-driven company
Your standout qualities include:
We’re looking for someone who is passionate about their work and enjoys tackling new challenges. In other words, you’re a high performer, no matter how you got there.
- You graduated from a top university with excellent grades
- You successfully completed your degree and have already demonstrated through various experiences (e.g., internships or a dual degree program) that you thrive in a dynamic environment
- You are proficient in MS Office (especially Excel). If you already have experience with HubSpot, Metabase, AI tools, or Google Analytics, that’s a big plus—but what’s more important to us is your ability to learn these tools
- You’re passionate about business development and strategic growth. You’re familiar with traditional marketing, but you want to dive deeper into business model development
- You work in a strictly data-driven and meticulous manner. You’re the kind of person who dives deep into new tools and topics until you find a solution
- You don’t wait for instructions; instead, you take the initiative and maintain the necessary care and composure even during hectic periods
- You can inspire others with your vision, are a good listener, and have the potential to become a leader who motivates and guides teams with empathy
- You speak and write German fluently (C1) and can also communicate effectively in English
