Your contribution: 

 

• You are the architect and driver of our SSC performance regarding all operational accounting topics
• You act as a diplomat in a high-speed environment building bridges between different Stakeholders internally and externally (especially as sparring partner for German Real Estate Team)
• You create KPI & SLA reports, statistics and evaluations for all processes in the area of finance operations
• You are responsible for the uality assurance of SSC activities & Steering of permanent training courses for SSC team members
• You lead complex transformation projects in the area of accounting

 

What makes you stand out:

• Completed degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration and at least 3 years of professional experience in Financial Accounting
• Experience with working with a Shared Services Center (SSC) 
• Advanced knowledge of SAP (ideally RE/FX) - we appreciate your IT affinity
• Fluent German (C1) and English skills written and spoken
