Role Summary

We are seeking a Technical Analyst – Oracle Fusion Cloud to support and drive our Oracle Fusion EU roll‑out and ongoing platform operations. The role focuses on Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), technical data migrations, reporting, PaaS architecture and extensions, and SQL/PL/SQL–based analysis.

The position acts as a technical anchor between business, functional teams, architects, and global delivery partners, including offshore technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

Oracle Fusion Integrations (OIC)

• Analyze, design, and support Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integrations between Oracle Fusion and surrounding systems.
• Define integration patterns, data mappings, error handling, and performance standards.
• Support monitoring, troubleshooting, and stabilization of integrations post go‑live.

Technical Data Migrations

• Analyze and support technical data migration activities (e.g. FBDI, HDL, file‑based imports).
• Validate source‑to‑target mappings and data quality using SQL / PL/SQL.
• Support reconciliation, cutover activities, and post‑migration validation.

Reporting & Data Analysis

• Support Oracle Fusion reporting (BI Publisher, OTBI, or equivalent).
• Develop and review SQL / PL/SQL queries for reporting, reconciliation, and root‑cause analysis.
• Support business and functional teams with data insights and ad‑hoc analysis.

PaaS Architecture & Extensions

• Analyze requirements and support the design of Oracle Fusion PaaS extensions (e.g. VBCS, APEX, Autonomous DB).
• Contribute to PaaS architecture decisions, ensuring solutions are upgrade‑safe, compliant, and scalable.
• Act as technical counterpart to architects and developers working on PaaS4SaaS solutions.

Offshore Team Collaboration & Technical Leadership

• Collaborate closely with offshore technical teams (integration, migration, reporting, PaaS).
• Provide technical guidance, clarify requirements, and review deliverables.
• Support planning, prioritization, and quality assurance of offshore development work.

Technical Analysis & Governance

• Translate functional designs into technical specifications (interfaces, migrations, reports, extensions).
• Document technical designs, data flows, and dependencies.
• Ensure alignment with IT governance, security, and compliance (e.g. SOX / ITGC where applicable).

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a technical analyst / technical consultant role with Oracle Fusion Cloud.
• Strong hands‑on experience with:
  • Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
  • Technical data migrations (FBDI, HDL, file‑based imports)
  • SQL / PL/SQL
• Solid understanding of Oracle Fusion data model and at least one functional area (Finance, SCM, Manufacturing, etc.).
• Experience working with offshore / global delivery teams.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle PaaS services (VBCS, APEX, Autonomous Database).
• Exposure to BI Publisher, OTBI, or Fusion Analytics.
• Experience in large ERP roll‑outs or multi‑country deployments.
• Understanding of audit‑relevant ERP environments (SOX, ITGC).
• German language skills are a strong plus.
• Oracle certifications (OIC, Fusion, OCI, APEX) are an advantage.
