About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Service Manager (m/f/d) to lead and develop our service organization, ensuring operational excellence, strong customer relationships, and sustainable business growth.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing service operations, driving financial performance, and leading a team of service professionals. You will work closely with multiple departments locally and internationally to ensure efficient processes, cost control, and high-quality service delivery.
