WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

 

Market Operations is a skilled team at the intersection of Product and Operations, optimizing market operations and enhancing the customer experience. By leveraging diverse expertise, data-driven insights, and strategic execution, the team drives innovation, efficiency, and a seamless investment journey.

• Oversee daily trading operations processes, including managing ad-hoc market events, partner relationships, and ensuring a seamless customer experience
• Utilize analytics and SQL expertise to analyze trading operations, identify opportunities for optimization, and enhance overall efficiency
• Take an active role in driving projects to elevate our trading capabilities and operational efficiency
• Collaborate across teams, including Product & Engineering, Compliance, and Risk, to ensure a coordinated and effective approach

 

 

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CFA, CMT) are a plus
• Minimum experience of 3 years in finance or fintech or other relevant roles, demonstrating a deep understanding of financial markets
• Proficiency in SQL, allowing you to efficiently analyze trading data and contribute to data-driven decisions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset to tackle complex challenges
• Proven experience in project management and implementing process improvement
